Life can be complex, especially when navigating identity, relationships, and personal growth.
As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is currently under the supervision of Van Ethan Levy (they | elle) (LMFT 118131 & LPCC 8269), I offer a compassionate and affirming space for individuals, couples, and families, particularly those within LGBTQIA2S+ communities, including trans, non binary, and many more non cis individuals. My goal is to help you feel supported and follow you in relation to your healing and/or self-acceptance.
My approach is deeply rooted in mindfulness, self-compassion, and curiosity. Drawing from Buddhist psychology, trauma-focused care, and modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Internal Family Systems(IFS), I work collaboratively with you to untangle life’s challenges, reauthor your story and cultivate a deeper connection to yourself and others. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, or trauma, I will meet you where you are with warmth and non judgment.
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you; it’s about honoring your experiences, discovering your strengths, and creating space for the growth you deserve. You don’t have to go through this alone. If you’re ready to begin this journey, I invite you to connect today! I would be honored to support you
I am a white, queer, gay, non-disabled person living on unceded land inhabited by the Tongva people in Beverly Hills, CA. I enjoy nature walks/hikes, spending time with my partner, reading, meditation, and travel.
I currently provide care virtually. My fee structure is as follows:
-Individual: $100 for a 50-minute session.
-Family/Couple/Relational: $150 for a 50-minute session.
I hold multiple spots for sliding scale and low-cost sessions.
