Pronouns: Ask me
ASW #97386
I use labels like queer, genderqueer, autistic, Iraqi, and vegan to share some of how I’m positioned within the social constructs we all move through. My lived experiences—both the ones named here and the many that aren’t—continue to deepen my understanding of life in all its turmoil and beauty. My hope is that our work together supports you in cultivating awareness and acceptance for all parts of yourself.
I believe our challenges don’t happen in isolation. We’re all navigating systems like capitalism, racism, ableism, gender constructs, and colonialism, and those systems can create shame and disconnection. I want you to feel validated, supported, and understood. I prioritize co-creating care, healing, and transformation—in whatever forms they take for you.
My style is relational, collaborative, and authentic. I communicate directly and honestly, and I adjust my approach to your needs, goals, and pace. I offer mindfulness and somatic options for processing experiences and patterns that may no longer be serving you.
Outside of work, I love yoga and meditation, being in nature, and spending time with my dog.
If you’d like to connect and explore if we’re compatible, I offer a free 15-minute consultation. I also offer single sessions for folx needing a letter for access to affirming medical care.
